The Marketing Project Manager lead and manage marketing campaigns, content calendar, marketing innovation and initiatives for both internal stakeholders as well as our agency partners. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project management, taking and exploring new briefs, coordinating stakeholders and managing budgets and processes. We are looking for a confident and organized individual who will ensure that projects are delivered to the highest quality, on time and on budget.

Key Responsibilities:
Reporting to Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for:
• Management of schedules and scopes for end-to-end campaign management and execution online and offline.
• Effectively manage projects through use of appropriate resources and processes, involving creative development, execution and production.
• Manage production team at the agency.
• Work across Marketing Centers of Excellence to ensure consistency of campaign messaging throughout touchpoints.
• Build relationships and collaborate cross-functionally and cross-markets with other internal and external departments globally ensuring that marketing strategy and goals are delivered.
• Coordinate marketing support for new store openings
• Coordinate activities of the Global Marketing team and ensure that project tasks are completed by: scheduling and facilitating project-related team meetings (i.e. kick-offs, status, internal/external reviews, etc.), communicating action steps to team, help facilitating scrums across offices, and post-mortem evaluation and reporting.
• Ensure seamless transition of creative assets through the project lifecycle, optimize product quality and ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare, upload and distribute weekly project status report.
• Manage support for visual asset management system.

Key Requirements:
The Ideal Candidate
• A strong background in project management
• Focus on high volume creative execution in an advertising agency/ production company is a plus
• Deep understanding of online publishing channels and keep abreast of trends as they arise and what opportunities there are for content video and stills production.
• Proven ability to think clearly in a deadline-driven environment, solve problems and scope and prioritize business requirements
• Sound business judgment, proven ability to influence others, and strong analytical thinking skills are critical to success in this position
• Experience in stakeholders management
