The Loss Prevention Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Loss Prevention Team.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Professionally manage and lead a team of security personnel in the warehouse and ensure optimal manpower, security system and the deployment by both internal and external resources 2. Evaluate new concepts in Security/Loss Prevention and recommend and implement changes as needed. 3. Assure ongoing training of staff in new techniques and procedures. 4. Review and update Loss Prevention documents, including operation procedure manual / contingency plans, in compliance with internal guideline / policy 5. Develop KPIs with the contractors/service providers and evaluate performance 6. Maintain overall responsibility for prevention of loss of company assets. 7. Investigate irregular cases, including theft, fraud, vandalism, violations of written Company Policy and recommend rectification measures 8. Assure compliance with local laws, ordinances and guidelines. 9. Conduct security and safety inspections as necessary 10. Responsible for community connect in prevention of burglary and/or crime, maintain and improve security systems 11.Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key Requirements:

• Diploma in security management or related discipline, with a valid Security Personnel Permit
• 10 years’ experience in Security / Property Management industry with 5 years in a supervisory level
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Experience in monitoring contractors / service providers
• Willing to perform shift duty
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
• High level of integrity and accuracy
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Sound knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Experience in dealing with government parties such as law enforcement agencies
• Exposure in cargo security and case / criminal investigation is preferred
