Responsible for the ongoing maintenance and administration of HRIS System for employee data, including Benefit, to support the global employee workforce. These include inputting and extracting employee data to/from SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors and other related systems through various interfaces (SAP HR systems including SAP HCM and SuccessFactors, Kronos, LVMH Talent Connect).

Key Responsibilities:
Employee Data Processing
• Responsible for timely and accurate data entry of employee, pay and benefits information. Ensures data submitted via input documentation is in alignment with company practices, guidelines and policies prior to processing
• Streamlines and improves on data processing through effective data entry forms that are consistent globally to ensure payroll timelines are met effectively
• Front-line liaison between HRIS and Division HR BPs
• Generates standard reports and create ad hoc reports upon request, as well as process and disseminate monthly, quarterly, and other scheduled reports
• Administers and coordinates various general HR functions Employee Data Entry into SAP HR systems (SAP HCM and SuccessFactors)
• Retrieves in-bound request from shared email account
• Ensures highest data integrity, consistency and privacy
• Key data into SAP HR systems according to standard forms, ad-hoc incoming request
• Ensures data correctness according to forms and training guides and SOP
• Batch upload in SAP HR systems
• Fulfills and processes request in the designated turnover time and fulfill staff KPI
• Ensures service level and turnaround time are conformed to at all times
• Ensures all documents relating to HRIS operations are kept up to date at all times.
• HRIS & Benefits Reporting
• Responds to queries & questions by employees, executives & expatriates on a timely basis
• Works with SAP support team to ensure proper internal & external interfaces for our benefits processes and system maintenance Secondary Responsibilities HR system
• Involves and participates in enhancements and projects
• Support troubleshooting for data and interface issues

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of Diploma or relevant working experience
• Fresh Graduates or incumbents with 1- 2 years’ experience in payroll or HR experience
• Experience with various HR Information Systems (e.g. SAP HCM and SuccessFactors) preferred;
• Proficient in Microsoft tools, e.g.,MS Excel (V-lookup, pivot table), Powerpoint, Word
• Good written and communication skills
• Analytical
• Meticulous, and well-organized
• Able to work multi-task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
• Effective communication skills with various levels of management
