This role will introduce and lead the design and development of exceptional global digital products for the group and work across departments and vendors to ensure its readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish user-centric product vision and roadmap based on the overall digital strategy plan.
• Support digital portfolio owner to build business cases and maximize the commercial value of digital products.
• Communicate product vision, roadmap and progress to all internal and external stakeholders.
• Champion the agile methodology throughout the enterprise for rapid design and development of exceptional global products.
• Prioritize requirements backlogs compromising both the business needs and technical readiness.
• Identify both business and technical impediments and drive for solution
• Lead planning of product releases and set expectations for delivery of new features
• Guide business analysts in managing agile user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development team’s execution

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines
• Good communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels of organizations internally and externally
• Minimum 6 years' working experience in a Product Owner / Product Manager role
• Strong understanding of digital user experience
• Know-how on merchandising responsibilities
• Good understanding of Agile principles and outstanding analytics and problem-solving skills
• Good sense of business acumen, adaptability and flexibility to respond quickly to changing priorities
• Proficient experience in using software such as Jira, Confluence, Excel, PowerPoint
