DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travelers in the world. We are currently seeking an e-commerce specialist to join E-commerce team in China to support e-commerce platform operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily e-commerce operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations
• Monitor and provide timely assistance on frontend experience issues, backend system and order related fulfillment and refund issues working with product development, IT, logistics and finance team
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute online campaign, promotions and special events
• Support managers to optimize platform experiences
• Assist on daily operation and communication with outsourced digital operation teams
• Assist to maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures
• Prepare regular analytics and reporting

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in e-commerce or other digital disciplines
• Experience with e-commerce content management system, order management system, digital analytics applications
• Detail-oriented and strong problem solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a cross-functional team
• Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Native in Mandarin and proficiency in English
