This role will collaborate with product development team, merchant, product development agency, operation agency, IT and external brand partners to support Brand Portal onboarding and website global rollout projects

Key Responsibilities:
Website Global Roll- Out:
• Participate in business & technically readiness meetings.
• Provide update from Digital Content Operations team to ensure tasks are delivered in a timely manner.
• Present the brand new experience with internal stakeholders & brands vendors. Brand portal launch & development:
• Participate Brand Portal Requirement, Sprint Planning, Demo and UAT.
• Connecting with teams with Merchant & Innovation team if needed.
• Feedback on optimizing opportunities from merchants and brands.
• Work with teams to onboard brand vendors on both assortment and brand boutique readiness. Ongoing operation:
• Access creation, approval and maintenance for merchant & brand & Content Ops Team.
• Support on training and create user guide for brands.
• Review & approve the content brand uploaded before publishing.

Key Requirements:

• Knowledge with product development and IT; EC systems preferred.
• Advanced skill of PPT; able to create professional and persuasive pitch deck.
• Proven project and vendor management skills.
• Strong interpersonal & communication skills to work across different levels of contacts.
