Job Description

Responsible for the leadership of the local Infrastructure Technical Services teams and the day-to-day operation and monitoring of computer systems, servers, email environment, voice and data communication networks, personal computers, printers, and store systems that support the business.

Key Responsibilities:
• Responsible for infrastructure equipment installation, development, support and maintenance
• Continually improve LBS and support model for key business systems to achieve cost effectiveness and higher productivity
• Manage SLAs for Infrastructure Support in compliance with KPIs that will provide IT service quality, reliability and robustness in line with business needs and expectations

Key Requirements:
• Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent or equivalent experience, with minimum 3 years in a technical support position
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong customer focus
• Experience in setting up Point Of Sale (POS) terminals
• Possess strong Knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP network administration
• Strong interpersonal skills and skills in managing vendor relationships
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends
• Management of outsourced IT resources
• Knowledge of core retail systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
• Strong Organizational skills to manage multiple projects
