Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Senior Technical Analyst to join our leadership team within our T Galleria store. Responsible for the leadership of the local Infrastructure Technical Services teams and the day-to-day operation and monitoring of computer systems, servers, email environment, voice and data communication networks, personal computers, printers, and store systems that support the business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for infrastructure equipment installation, development, support and maintenance
• Create project plans and strategies for infrastructure implementation and support
• Continually improve LBS and support model for key business systems to achieve cost effectiveness and higher productivity
• Manage SLAs for Infrastructure Support in compliance with KPIs that will provide IT service quality, reliability and robustness in line with business needs and expectations
• Maintain and define strategic relationships with vendors for sustained Quality of Service
• Assist in the management of the IT budget. This includes but is not limited to negotiation on hardware and software contracts, repairs and maintenance of all computer equipment
• Contributes to the Global team and assists in the design and implementation of global infrastructure foundations

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years experience in technical support position
• Strong background in managing, implementing and deploying infrastructure technologies.
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills with strong customer focus
• Ability to management multiple projects at any given time
• Experience in setting up Point Of Sale (POS) terminals
• Possess strong Knowledge of Windows Server, TCP/IP network administration
• Strong interpersonal skills and skills in managing vendor relationships
• Effective written and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of current IT industry trends
• Management of outsourced IT resources
