The DFS Technology team is seeking a Senior Business Analyst, Digital Supply Chain – a global role, based in Hong Kong. This individual will be responsible for representing the Supply Chain Systems technology team to the wider DFS organization as it seeks to transform and digitize its business model across all global locations. The SBA will partner closely with DFS Merchant, Planning, Replenishment, Logistics, and Regulatory teams to ensure key requirements are met as DFS innovates and expands its Digital and eCommerce offering. They will do this by working collaboratively with business and IT partners to execute domain technology domain roadmaps for DFS’ digital ambitions. The role will entail, business analysis, solution design, implementation, and service delivery. The candidate should possess a balance of technical depth, business acumen, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be independent, results-oriented, eager to learn and with a passion for technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with product owners, tech leads, technology partners and cross-functional teams to implement solutions that meet the needs of the enterprise.
• Participate in the development of systems that support processes for omnichannel operations - inventory movement, order fulfillment, shipping, product data capture and analytics.
• Develop and maintain excellent relationships with business leaders and teams from across the DFS organization.
• Lead business requirements analysis for systems solutions and processes, considering risk management and cost-benefit analyses.
• Work proactively to support process improvement to maximize a positive customer journey.
• Build and understand workflows and processes from the ground up.
• Maintain updated documentation to facilitate program/project sustainability and knowledge dissemination.
• Ensure high quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibility.
• Successful candidates will possess technology implementation experience in many of the following areas: •Logistics and warehouse management system implementation and support •Supply Chain solution implementation and support for eCommerce •3PL implementation and service delivery experience •Product Master Data Management solution implementation •Regulatory and trade compliance •Order management system implementation and support

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
• 3-5 years of experience delivering supply chain technology solutions in primary eCommerce or multi-channel retail organization
• Professional / technology certification is desirable
• Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in the following areas:
• Business analysis, project and process management in supply chain
• ERP (e.g., SAP IS-Retail)
• Warehouse Management Systems
• Master Data Management and/or Product Information Management (e.g. Informatica, SAP)
• Business Intelligence
• Vendor management
• Stakeholder communications and management
• Ability to work under pressure, independently and deliver quality work in a fast-paced work environment
