Job Description

In this role you will act as the main point of contact and report for expansion and rollout related matters in the region, ensuring all stakeholders are informed, and provide all with a clear vision for the global rollout activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define milestones and measure phrasal success metrics.
• Be part of the initial transition period from day-1 product rollout to support operations.
• Establish effective project reporting, controls, procedures, and quality assurance processes
• Responsible for successful digital project delivery, on-time, within budget, on-scope and with quality.
• Closely monitor and partners with divisions and ops team for piloting phase until successful ramp up of products.
• Accountable for conducting effective product training, product marketing to internal users to maximize division stakeholder buy-in, adoption and usage.
• Minimize resistance and sentiment of changes by evaluating the impact and removing impediments.
• Report progress, issues, dependencies and risks to PMO as appropriate and make recommendations to influence decision making in order to maintain progress towards market rollout.
• Drive efficient adoption, higher utilization, and proficiency with the rollout.
• Working on project basis with other internal departments for successful rollout.

Key Requirements:

• University degree in Business Management, Information Systems, E-commerce or related disciplines
• Minimum 6-8 years project management / planning experience, of which at least 3 years in a large scale of eCommerce / digital platform development
• Proven ability to achieve project timeline in budget and with quality
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environment
• PMI-PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM holder is a plus
