The Retail Marketing Specialist has a key co-ordination and execution role and is the main link between the store team and division marketing team in terms of the following

Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities :
• is responsible for executing the approved global local promotions in line with the promotional calendar
• supports the Senior Retail Marketing Manager to ensure the location teams are well briefed, necessary merchandise and collateral is on hand to support the promotion, it is smoothly implemented in store and then afterwards provides a postmortem analysis on the results. This analysis is to gauge the successes, learnings, and opportunities for better performance next time
• manages store visual assets
• works closely with the store team to ensure seamless execution and focus on how to maximum sales and profitability from these promotional activities
• is responsible for updating promotional calendar and communication and collateral to reflect the latest store promotions and information
• is the contact with store Visual Merchandise team to ensure the proper space is dedicated and set-up is installed supporting the promotion on time
• ensure the appropriate levels of supporting collateral including GWP are available to support the promotion effective date

Key Requirements:
Requirement :
• Bachelors Degree in Management, Business or equivalent preferred
• Strong Command of English language, written and spoken
• 3+ years in retail environment required. Team leadership experience with retail /service industry or merchandising role highly desired
• Proficiency in MS Microsoft computer applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential
• Able to effectively communicate and operate in a culturally diverse environment with astuteness and sensitivity
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Able to work under stringent deadlines and high pressure and be able to prioritize a heavy workload with multiple deadlines
• Must have strong interpersonal skills and be able to work well with personnel at various levels
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
