Are you interested to purse your career in the luxury retail industry after graduation? Our Retail Ambassador Program provides great opportunity to join and understand the core business function in retail industry – Store Operations. We are currently looking for passionate students to join our Hong Kong T-Galleria stores where we deliver one-stop-shop experience with exceptional services to cater our customer needs, while you can also gain the hands-on experience in retail business by leading the store projects with store leader’s guidance and mentorship. After successful completion of minimum consecutive 6-month or above service, outstanding graduates with strong performance track record will be considered for permanent role with DFS in different disciplines.

Key Responsibilities:

• DFS Ambassador – Demonstrate the professionalism to provide one-stop shopping experience by understanding the desire of our customer, maximize sales opportunities to achieve sales targets
• Deliver Unforgettable Services – Manage the customer journey and maintain a good relationship with our customers
• Support Operational Excellence – Ensure the VM standard and assist on inventory management and back of house duties
• Lead Store Project – Partner with experienced store leaders to be the Lead of the customer relationship management/staff engagement/stock management/market survey/team briefing, and other ad hoc project as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Higher diploma / University student in any discipline
• Strong passion to develop your career in luxury retail industry
• Good services mindset, hands-on experience in retail industry will be an advantage but not a must
• Excellent communication skills and good team player
• Self-motivated, positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin
• Able to work at least 3 days per week, covering the weekend/peak hour
