Job Description

The Product Support Coordinator is responsible for the product from the time of receipt to the stockroom. Their role is to ensure timely replenishment of merchandise on the sales floor, provide support on Reverse Logistics and maintain stockroom organization. They should be strong in coordinating work and are responsible for damaged goods handling such as goods write-off and stock repair.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform stock receiving from warehouse or from other locations and verify the incoming products in accordance to DFS standard procedures
• Perform regular replenishment of product on the sales floor
• Reverse Logistics – Process Return to Vendor, Inter-Division Transfer, Location-to-Location Transfer and other Third Party Transfers
• Print Price Change Notification (PCN) report, print & replace relevant price tag for affected merchandise
• Consolidate damaged goods from sale floors and update defective tools
• Assist Product Support Team Lead in destruction of damage goods when needed
• Assist in raising documents for write-offs and damaged goods per guidance from Product Team Lead

Key Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent / Work experience 1-2 years in logistics or related industry / Must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with personnel at various levels/Able to work independently with minimal supervision/Good Verbal and written communication skills
