Reports To: Managing Director

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide full range of secretarial and administrative support
• Arrange meetings, hospitality, business travel & appointment schedules
• Prepare correspondence, reports, minutes and presentation materials
• Prepare expense reports, travel reports, professional fees reports
• Coordinate and manage regional and overseas business-related activities
• Establish and maintain an effective filing system for proper records
• Undertake project assignments as requested

Key Requirements:
• Formal secretarial training and Degree holder is an advantage
• At least 3 years relevant experience with holding similar position in serving senior management in multinational organization
• Excellent command of spoken and written English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage
• High level of confidentiality, professionalism and diplomacy are essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an ability to work with teams across diverse functions
• Highly organized, with a proven ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
• Well versed in computer skills specifically MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Presentation and business report writing skills with strong attention and passion for details
