DFS Technology supports a fast pace, ambitious evolution of its information systems landscape which requires constant adaptation of data flows, and the necessity to implement more real-time integration flows to support omnichannel capabilities. We are looking for an experienced architect who can lead the integration practice within the enterprise. We expect our integration architect to have a strong vision of what makes integration reliable and adaptive. The integration architect will lead an enterprise-wide approach of integration, connected to all functions of the company. He will design or lead the design of end-to-end functional and system integrations, making the best use of tools and techniques supported by our Enterprise Service Bus, our ETL, our Big Data Platform and our API Gateways. The Enterprise Integration Architect plays a key role in structuring the enterprise regarding its business processes and business information. He or she works to develop an integrated view of the enterprise using a repeatable approach, cohesive framework, and available industry standard techniques. The Enterprise Integration Architect understands and models business processes, provides advice to the solution architects, business analysts, and development teams, helping all DFS teams from all functions, technologists or not, to design the best system integrations. The key objective of this role is to enable teams across DFS to learn, adapt and design better integrations between applications with the business architecture in mind. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the Integration capability for Technology Teams and develop the Business Architecture practice - Lead and manage the middleware integration team in DFS and be the go-to-person on integration architecture and design for project teams - Apply a structured business architecture approach and methodology for capturing the key views of the enterprise - Define the set of strategic, core and support processes that transcend functional and organizational boundaries; identify and describe external entities such as customers, suppliers, and external systems that interact with the business; and describe which people, resources and controls are involved in the processes - Define the data shared across the enterprise and the relationships between those data - Capture the relationships among roles, capabilities and business units, the decomposition of those business units into subunits, and the internal or external management of those units - Describe the primary business functions of the enterprise and distinguish between customer-facing, supplier-related, business execution and business management functions - Enjoy navigating complex systems and processes, guiding teams toward delivering better integrations

Key Requirements:
An ideal candidate to this position will have the following characteristics: - Possess a broad, enterprise-wide view of the business and varying degrees of appreciation for strategy, processes and capabilities, enabling technologies - The skill to recognize structural issues within the organization, functional interdependencies and cross-silo redundancies. Those issues may exist in role alignment, process gaps and overlaps, and business capability maturity gaps - Ability to assimilate and correlate disconnected documentation and drawings, and articulate their collective relevance to the organization and to high-priority business issues - The ability to visualize and create high-level models (rigorous information-rich diagrams) that can be used in future analysis to extend and mature the business architecture and system integrations - Exceptional communication skills and the ability to communicate appropriately at all levels of the organization; this includes written and verbal communications as well as visualizations - A team player who is able to work effectively at all levels of an organization with the ability to influence others to move toward consensus. Extremely reliable, trustworthy, honest, and commitment oriented - Deep expertise in the retail industry with focus on business functions and processes, specialization in Travel Industry and Duty Free business models will be preferred. Working experience in multi-vendor environment is a plus. - BSc in Computer Science or equivalent Master of Business Administration - 10+ years of experience in retail industry 5+ years of experience in business process modelling, business architecture
