Job Description

As Manager, Digital Content & Social Media you will be responsible for driving qualified traffic to our social properties by acquiring and nurturing leads, creating and updating content for DFS’ social media channel (Facebook, Instagram, Trip Advisor) and community management. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, including digital content marketing, social media management (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, social media management & listening tools), digital analytics and has excellent project management skills. We are looking for team members that are passionate about luxury retail and are willing to drive projects across the organization from conception through execution. Successful team members are self-starters who can work in a rapidly changing industry, tolerate ambiguity, and demonstrate problem-solving leadership with limited oversight.

Key Responsibilities:
Social media marketing/digital campaigns:
• Develop the social media (Facebook, Instagram, Trip Advisor) and content marketing strategies and calendars to build DFS’ awareness, engagement and advocacy with consumers across all platforms: social, digital, e-commerce, etc.
• Plan and manage budget for social media and content marketing.
• Lead day-to-day execution of all digital campaigns; managing external vendors and internal teams to proactively keep ahead on timelines, deliverables and communications to ensure on-time and high-quality delivery.
• Work with corporate office and performance marketing team to launch paid social campaigns.
• Proactively engage consumers online to drive favorable brand conversations. Lead community management to respond to questions, comments and related opportunities.
• Monitor competitors and other social media leaders to see how they are using them to be the early adopter of technologies and suggest site enhancements as market develops and changes.
• Manage relationships with social media agencies and oversee retainer and KPIs. Analytics & KPIs:
• Analyze and report on campaign results and KPIs, highlighting successes, trends and opportunities. Maintain formal process to update and share findings with marketing teams and other stakeholders.
• Ability to manage budgets and calculate program ROI to formulate recommendations into current and future strategies.
• Understand and monitor the competitive landscape and provide insight and recommendations to drive the program business forward as best in class.

Key Requirements:

• At lease 5-8 years of experience in digital marketing, either at a consumer/luxury brand or agency.
• Prior experience leading the planning and execution of social media and web content/ digital campaign projects.
• Strong user understanding and demonstrated expertise in web content, digital/social trends, usability and technology to deliver the best user experience in the most technically efficient manner.
• Has established an understanding of digital the marketing space (social, paid media, analytics, UGC, influencers, third-party listening).
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Self-starter and problem solver whom is proactive and solution oriented
• Native/bilingual in writing and speaking Chinese and English
• Experience in luxury / premium industry preferred.
