Job Description

The Human Resources Specialist supports the Human Resources Director to develop and manage strategic HR initiatives, including but not limited to transformation exercise, performance management, change management, people development, succession planning for the Corporate and Global Merchandising function.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support HR Direction on Merchandising transformation exercise
• Manage and support HR projects which align with the HR strategies; work closely with key stakeholders to drive the projects
• Arrange and participate cross department business communication meetings
• Provide FTE costing and assist on annual payroll & benefits budget
• Maintain organizational charts
• Assist on Pulse Survey communication and action plan follow up
• Support the Global Talent Review preparation
• Support the Performance Management Process
• Prepare HR related reports or LVMH reports
• Perform any other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key Requirements:
• College or University Degree preferred or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of work experience in Human Resources with solid change / project management experience
• Proficient in communicating effectively with internal stakeholders and ability to deal with Ambiguity/Change
• Strong understand and knowledge on HR operations and business process
• Proven ability to establish strong working relationships with stakeholders including senior management level
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills are required
• Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Excellent customer servicing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese
