Job Description

The HR Specialist is an important role to assist for providing Human Resources support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide daily HR support and work effectively with internal partners
• Assist the manager to source and identify talents meeting the organization needs and growth
• Perform job posting arrangement and coordinate recruitment talks & briefings
• Take charge of general staff recruitment projects and conduct interviews where necessary
• Compile statistics on recruitment activities and effectiveness
• Provide general administrative support to the team and support in ad-hoc duties as required
• Manage advertising invoices and payment processing
• Provide support on employee activities and ad hoc projects as assigned.

Key Requirements:
University graduate with 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience, retail industry experience preferred ⁻ Can work independently, organized and detail-oriented ⁻ Helpful and proactive with good interpersonal and communication skills ⁻ Tactful and sensitive in handling confidential information ⁻ A good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
