Job Description

The Training and Human Resources Specialist is responsible for providing Training and Human Resources support to the Division office and store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities : On Boarding
• Arrange orientation programs for new joiners including delivery of orientation workshops, POS and Customer Service workshops
• Provide HR service e.g. onboarding / offboarding Training Support
• Amend and revise training program content as instructed, prepare training records and service coaching results analysis and keep the training facilities and environment in a professional manner
• Video creation for store briefing and online learning on a weekly basis Staff Engagement
• Support and follow up on staff engagement activities, meetings, etc
• Prepare and edit the monthly newsletter and focus group results as well as staff communications and relations. Human Resources Administrative
• Provide timely HR services to the organization, include preparing the HR document, employee card, salary proof, reference letter; employee coupons, etc
• Maintain accurate employee information and records in the HRIS and filing system in an orderly manner
• Follow up medical enquires and handle work injury case Vendor Coordination
• Liaise with internal & external parties to assist in office administration, such as following up payments, updating phone list/ organization chart, company membership etc.
• Co-ordinate training with vendors. e.g. language, first aid courses, health talk and bank training, etc. Others
• Participate in any ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager

Key Requirements:
Key Requirements : University graduate, preferably in Human Resources Degree or related disciplines. Minimum 2 years Training experience in a fast-paced environment, with retail experience is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong command in English and Chinese. Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Maintains all employee and departmental information in strict confidence. Have good understanding on HK employment ordinance and related ordinances. Proactive team member, positive thinking, approachable, good at problem solving abilities and handling multiple priorities. Detail oriented with high level of accuracy, fast learner, outgoing and a team player with a “Can-do” attitude.
