Job Description

Analysis of employee related data and preparation of HR data to support system go-live and during operational phase. This role will report to the Director of HR Business Performance Optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure data integrity and accuracy in all HR systems
• Perform data analysis and mapping of data to support data migration
• Monitor and analyse data inputs into the system during operations phase
• Enforce data governance across all HR users in accordance with SOPs
• Define and update SOPs for data maintenance
• Provide reports and presentations on data health to management

Key Requirements:

• At least 2 years’ experience with data migration and or HR data management
• Good analytical skills
• Good with excel & formulas + VLOOKUP and Pivot tables
• Prior experience with HR systems
• Meticulous & detailed
• Ensuring confidentiality & compliance with all data privacy and protection guidelines
