Job Description

Our Digital Transformation initiative at DFS has the vision is to redefine luxury travel retail by offering a seamless data-driven omni-channel experience to our customers. A key component of our Digital Transformation is our E-commerce strategy which aims at offering travelers the convenience to research and/or shop online anytime before or during their travel.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily e-commerce operations to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth internal operations
• Support managers to execute online content and promotion updates, as well as performance tracking
• Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures, as well as staff trainings
• Work with multiple internal and external teams to meet operational and technical requirements and targets
• Prepare regular analytics and reporting

Key Requirements:
Required Skills
• Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, Operations Management or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 1-3 years of working experience in e-commerce or other digital disciplines
• Detail-oriented, with a high level of accuracy and ability to process and analyze data
• Strong problem solving ability and able to manage multiple priorities
• Customer service experience preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a cross-functional team
• Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) mandatory
• Experience in SAP Hybris and PIM an advantage
