DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer catering to the traveling public. We are currently seeking a Digital Product Manager, E-commerce to join our team for our digital transformation initiative.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a product vision, strategy, business case and roadmap for omni-channel & e-commerce
• Gather requirements during the product discovery process, define feature definitions, implementation plans and internal communications
• Analyze product opportunities, advocating delivering great innovative omni-channel experiences
• Create the release milestones (Minimum Viable Product)
• Write user stories as part of an Agile project framework
• Develop metrics to measure success of product features, analyze results, and develop action plans and enhancement recommendations
• Create and maintain project plan and timeline, ensure it stays updated and communicated across project stakeholders
• Responsible for communicating product solutions and benefits to customers and stakeholders; including knowledge transfer and training for on-going management of features
• Contribute and review project documentation including Requirement Specifications, Design Specifications, UAT Plans and Reports, Training, User Guides, etc.

Key Requirements:
• 6-8 years’ experience in omni-channel, e-commerce Product or Programme management or other product ownership role
• Experience with cloud-based product development tools including Jira, Confluence, JIRA, Smartsheet
• Must have experience in launching omni-channel & e-commerce products: knowledgeable about Hybris and Chinese e-commerce is preferred
• Usability and customer-focused design experience a plus
• Internet and retail experience strongly preferred
• Prior experience leading the planning and execution of strategic digital projects and initiatives
• Strong project management, analytical, presentation and oral communication skills
• Excellent command in spoken and written English. Proficiency in speaking Chinese and fluent in Mandarin is desirable
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project, Visio and Adobe products
