Key Responsibilities:

• Develop a strategic vision of the customer-facing digital product which strategizes a robust roadmap by maximizing the commercial value of a product according to its maturity
• Lead the full lifecycle of customer-centric product development, from ideation, UX/UI design, development, testing, implementation, market rollout and validation
• Prioritize the pipelines and collaborate with both internal & external stakeholders. Maintains and manages communication between business stakeholders, resolving conflicting stakeholder priorities
• Define success metrics to track, measure and evaluate product performance, including but not limited to business cases and financial modelling
• Embed requirements from multi-functional teams into one single product, eliciting and developing user requirements for inclusion in the central and transparent Product Backlog
• Work with delivery squads to define assumption, hypothesis and implement various experiment to make decisions on features that influence the direction of the product
• Conduct regular internal forums to demonstrate new product features and to maximize the buy-in and adoption of the product within internal business teams and external market partners
• Keep team and peers abreast of digital product trends, development frameworks, market player functions and provide concise summaries of the findings

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6-8 years working experience in a Digital Product Development, at least 2 years at managerial grade leading project implementation
• University Degree, preferably in digital, communication, marketing and computer science
• Customer-obsessed mindset, who will listen, engage and act for their benefits. Profound understanding of UI/UX design best practice
• Knowledge of WeChat, Web, iOS and Android deployment and management
• Utmost attention to detail for all facets of the software development, delivery and operations process
• Proven ability to work with and provide leadership to all members of a diverse project team and define product specifications and driving through development process
• Working understanding of the luxury market and evolving tech landscape
• Experience in digital and/or ecommerce operating models
• Willing to travel on an occasion basis
