DFS is looking for a qualified Digital Content manager to join our team. You will be responsible for creating, improving and maintaining content to achieve our business goals. Your duties will also include sharing content to raise brand awareness and monitoring web traffic and metrics to identify best practices. Our ideal candidate is an experienced professional with demonstrable writing skills expressed in a consistent, compelling and concise format. As the Digital Content manager, you should perform well under deadlines and be detail-oriented. Ultimately, you should be able to oversee all marketing content initiatives to ensure customer engagement, brand consistency and a positive customer experience. The Digital Content Manager will be responsible for establishing operational objectives and represent the Division in the creative, technical, and strategic production of the digital experiences across multiple platforms such as storewide digital screens, online content, web presence and across apps. The primary role will be to support the development, management and operation of a variety of editorially driven initiatives to grow consumer engagement and drive revenue. Position will work in conjunction with our technology, merchandising and marketing team to optimize content value, targeting and segmentation, and manage the overall content calendar. This role will be responsible for creating a uniform voice and message and work in partnership with multiple teams across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
The qualified candidate will work with various stakeholders across the organization to manage content delivery across all digital touchpoints. We are seeking a driven, creative and passionate individual to fill this key role.
• Define, establish and manage digital content governance models.
• Maintain a prioritized calendar of content and page updates that align to our business objectives
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to build a content delivery strategy that includes the creation, editing and publishing content across all online and mobile platforms;
• Track, analyze and report on digital site performance and use data to refine tactics and optimize business results
• Ensure content delivery is consistent, efficient as well as formatted to established brand standards.
• Develop, articulate and adhere to robust delivery workflows and standards that meet the evolving needs of the business including: content creation, review and approval cycles, content publishing, content analysis and content optimization and/or content archival.
• Provide orchestration among team members, leadership, key stakeholders and internal teams as well as vendors/partners to ensure content and experiences are successfully delivered.
• Work closely with the digital, marketing, and technical teams to maintain standards.
• Manages individual contribution and overall workload, set priorities, and provide daily support.
• Perform analysis on content effectiveness and drive creation & recommendations based on these results.
• Work closely with marketing team to create and execute effective promotional messaging aligning with customer journey, storewide initiatives and campaign objectives.
• Work closely with Promotions Manager to test new promotional ideas to on digital platforms.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry best practices and monitoring content activities.

Key Requirements:
Educational Requirements Degree educated ideally from an English, Marketing or Journalism related degree. Work Experience
• 5+ years of progressively responsible and relevant marketing experience creating and managing content at a company or an agency.
• Experience with digital, social media, and web content
• Proficiency using content management systems and building requirements for dashboard reporting and customer content interfaces.
• A solid understanding of marketing principles and communication tactics including various forms of digital/social marketing.
• Perform well under deadlines while maintaining a highly organized and detail-oriented process.
• Display initiative and resourcefulness in achieving goals but also comfortable brainstorming and sharing ideas in a team environment.
• Excellent project and time management skills. Dependable. Responsive.
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and work on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and change direction frequently and swiftly. Licenses/Certifications required PMP Certification highly desired. Critical knowledge & skills including tools, software applications, language, etc.
• Experience in consumer goods, retail or travel retail industry preferred
• Experience working in an international environment preferred
• Experience in managing various stakeholders and project management
• Strong understanding of content standards developed for digital application.
• Strong editing and proofreading skills for content accuracy.
• Fluency in spoken and written Chinese language highly desirable.
• Highly articulate with an excellent command of written English.
