DFS is the world's leading luxury retailer serving the travelers in the world. We are currently seeking a E-commerce Sales Manager to join E-commerce team in China to support e-commerce business growth and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all campaigns on digital channels driving sales by coordinate with marketing, CRM and business teams to achieve business target
• Plan and coordinate the resources for key campaigns or peak season (CNY, 18/6, 1st May, Lunar year, 11/11, 12/12 etc)
• Conduct deep analysis on campaigns results and performance and identify areas of improvements
• Coordinate with third party platforms vendors for partnerships
• Support the brand led campaigns on digital channels

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a relevant discipline
• Minimum 6 years of working experience in e-commerce or digital marketing
• Must have experience of managing campaigns, exposure to luxury and beauty industry will be a big plus
• Detail-oriented and strong problem solving ability
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills within a cross-functional team
• Good organizational skills, energetic self-starter and highly motivated
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
• Native in Mandarin and proficiency in English
