Job Description

The Brand Ambassdor is a critical role on the sales floor as he/she is on the front line and the direct link between the Product and the Customer. Duties include handling operational procedures, supervising cleaning, and keeping the entry area clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities:

•Provide high quality customer service.
•Achieve and exceed sales targets. Provides high quality customer service.

• Ensures floor and stock areas are consistent with store standards.
• Processes shipments; stocks merchandise; performs inventory
• Performs visual merchandising and audits
• Executes non-negotiable standards of store operation including stocking, cleaning and merchandising
• Deters loss prevention issues from occurring
• Reviews, processes, and logs incoming products; maintains product by managing ongoing inventory for all fixtures and ensures other team members are executing inventory priorities during shifts.
• Update inventory 1. Bag list 2. shoes list 3. Order packaging supplies
• Organizes the stockroom for sales efficiencies

Key Requirements:

•Ability to communicate effectively to provide excellent customer service.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced, high pressure environment.
•1-2 years of retail experience with accurate inventory handling.
•Must be available to work during store operating hours of 8:00am – 1:00am.
•Critical Skills: Fluency in English and other languages as required by location.
