Job Description

As an Associate Manager, you will report to the Manager, Business Process and Transformation to plan and execute assigned projects. You will work in collaboration with business, IT and technology partner to deliver solutions that met business requirements. Projects to be involved will be retail merchandising focused, with the objective to automate process and increase operational efficiency of the company. Aside from projects, you will also be required to support administrative activities on system owned within the department.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management Skills
• Support senior team members to manage and drive full project lifecycle
• Collaborate with business partners and IT team to gather and document requirements for projects
• Engage in project implementation activities such as project timeline setting, test planning and execution, end user training and material preparation and hypercare
• Track project progress and provide updates. Report business concerns and risks to senior team members
• Execute change management System Administrative Support
• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert of Promotion Tool and will be the contact point on user support and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with IT and technology partner for any backend setup and configuration
• Support user account maintenance, conduct new user training and update training materials
• Support reporting to share with senior management and business users
• Perform other duties as requested in a diligent and conscientious manner

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail merchandising with exposure to projects management
• Experience working in a global/regional model
• Multi system knowledge - ERP and retail merchandising systems
• Proficient in in MS Office and Teams
• Ability to learn new technologies and understand complex system landscape
• Self-starter and effective collaborator, high interest in systems and process improvement
• Demonstrate critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Team player with the ability to collaborate within and across teams and departments
• Attentive to details with strong troubleshooting skills. User and quality oriented.
• Strong interpersonal skills, effective communication and solid presentation skills
