Job Description

Manage communications and research for the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities:
Communications - create compelling and well-articulated pitch materials and bid proposals for internal & external stakeholders
• Production of professionally written proposals and content that articulates our value proposition
• Lead storyboard sessions to capture key themes & content requirements
• Edit & integrate content from different stakeholders
• Review & visualize final presentation of proposal
• Maintain library of standard content and images Research & analysis
• Develop & maintain ongoing intelligence on industry trends and environment
• Develop & maintain analysis of competitive landscape
• Develop & maintain key benchmarks and databases relevant to business development

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business desired
• 3-5 years in a consulting or research environment highly desired; Project management experience a plus; Strong strategic planning background a plus; Understanding of key commercial aspects of retail or FMCG a plus
• Advanced Excel and Power Point skills a must; skills with Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop a plus
• Excellent communications, writing and editing skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken English is a must. Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data and translate into actionable insights/recommendations
• Resourcefulness in identifying limited information
• Strong attention to detail in all aspects of the responsibilities
• Strong communicator who is comfortable working with a range of internal stakeholders – senior management, store operations, marketing, merchandising, etc.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, fosters strong relationships, ability to influence others
