Accelerated Leadership Program (ALP) The 12-month Accelerated Leadership Program provides an unparalleled opportunity for emerging leaders to gain diverse exposure into Store Operations, Merchandising or Corporate, developing them to be a versatile and agile leader within the organization. Manager-in-training will be assigned with departmental responsibilities and key business projects, with hands-on exposure to an extensive range of departments and categories. During these rotations, key skills are established and will anchor in their Retail Management career. Manager-in-training are groomed to assume leadership role with global placement opportunities, depending on business needs, performances and individual aspiration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving productivity & service experience in retail operations
• Unveil the untapped business potentials
• Working with our business partners to develop and recommend new business opportunities
• Leads and supports team in formulating an assortment strategy that is consistent with overall business strategy
• Continuously stretches the team to perform at higher level, keeping each team member focused on the business strategy, plan and opportunities
• Business strategy projects as assigned

Key Requirements:

• Postgraduate Degree in any discipline (preferable)
• More than 5 years of working experience
• Strong proficiency in English and any other second language
• Strong passion for Luxury Retail
• Excels in learning, with ability to learn on the fly
• Strong business acumen
• Strong interpersonal skills with a special sensitivity to working in a multicultural environment
• Ability to manage ambiguity and complexity
• Internationally mobile
